Who we're looking for
This is the role we hire for all year round. Here is what we look for in everyone who joins.
- Graduate — Zoology preferred, but any animal lover from any field is welcome
- Genuine love and compassion for dogs
- Passionate about field operations and hands-on, on-ground execution
- Excited to build with an AI-driven startup

MIS/Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle reconciliations, invoicing, receivables, and payables.
- Support GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data.
Prepare MIS data by liaisoning with the operations team
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com
- 5-8 years of experience in Accounts & MIS.
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
- Good analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

The Stray Dog Catcher and Handler is responsible for the humane capture, handling, first aid, and transport of stray dogs. This role supports IndieCare AI’s animal welfare operations and works directly with municipal corporations and campus teams to manage dog populations safely and scientifically.

Dog Aadhaar is IndieCare AI’s digital identity system for stray dogs. Every dog gets a unique ID that connects vaccination, sterilization, location, and health records in one place. As a team member, you will use the Dog Aadhaar app and platform to track, update, and manage dog records as part of daily operations.
