IndieCare AI is a technology platform built by IndieCare AI Solutions Private Limited. We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning to support structured and scientific stray dog management.
Our work focuses on making stray dog management organized, consistent, and transparent by combining field programs such as scientific enumeration, tagging and digital profiling (Dog Aadhaar ID), vaccination, sterilization support, training, monitoring, and updating the animal register, with a tracking layer that helps stakeholders stay aligned.
IndieCare AI connects Local Bodies, large sites and institutions, NGOs, shelters, caregivers, and the general public so that reporting, records, and action can work together.
Structured approach to stray dog management
IndieCare AI supports the implementation of key programs such as scientific enumeration, vaccination, sterilization support, behavioural change, and incident management, along with tagging and digital profiling through Dog Aadhaar ID to manage the population of stray dogs and control zoonotic diseases.
Support rabies-risk reduction
IndieCare AI enables stakeholders to manage rabies-risk interventions through vaccination records, ABC/ARV drive support, and incident management, helping large sites and local bodies work towards a rabies-free zone and a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Our solution is built around the legislative framework of the country, including the National Action Plan for Dog Mediated Rabies Elimination (NAPRE), Animal Birth Control Rules, 2023, and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 & bring transparency. Manohar Bidaye
Description - A business leader with over 30 years of experience in the electronic safety and security industry across India and the Middle East. I currently serve as Mentor and Chief Operating Officer at IndieCare AI, where I focus on leveraging artificial intelligence to make stray dog management more structured, effective, and scalable. I hold a Master’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai, am a Senior Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 1989, and also hold a degree in General Law. As Chairman of Zicom Electronic Security Systems Limited, I played a pivotal role in building one of the most prominent brands in electronic security and fire-fighting solutions across India and the GCC region. Over the years, I have mentored finance and legal operations across group companies, with a strong focus on acquisitions, divestments, and business turnarounds. In 2007, I acquired Unisafe Fire Protection Specialists LLC and successfully transformed it into one of the top three specialized fire engineering companies in the region. In 2012, I acquired Phoenix International WLL, expanding its operations to serve leading corporations. I also led the strategic divestment of a successful Zicom division to Schneider Electric in 2010 to support the launch of a new SaaS initiative. Beyond business, I remain deeply committed to social impact. Through ASTM Skills Pvt. Ltd., I contributed to large-scale skill development initiatives, helping train over one lakh students in India and overseas for careers in the security sector.
